Bought a 2001 Chevy Silverado from a family member in a bit of rough condition. Brought it in after hearing good things from other family members. First off, Alex is the nicest and most professional front man to talk to. He's very personable and just a pleasure to deal with. When he called to give me all the details on the extent of the damage he sent a report to my phone that I could look at and he went through everything with me on the spot and they took pictures of everything to show me EXACTLY what he was talking about. The report had prices and said exactly what every dollar was going towards and what was needed. I could accept or decline individual tasks in the list of things I needed to get done, and I had as much time as I needed to think about it and all I had to do was pull it up and click the button and they instantly got it on their end and went to work (when they could). Unfortunately my truck was in pretty bad shape so it needed a LOT done. With current inflation it was a hefty hit to my wallet, but on the other side of that it was my best option compared to a new or used car in the current awful market. The work was solid and the mechanics did a great job, they know their stuff.
