I feel comfortable with having my vehicle serviced here. I don’t have to worry about being taken advantage of or overcharged. They let me know if something needs immediate attention or if it can wait a while. They’re not pushy.

Needed 4 boat tires mounted. Called early and explained my time limitations with work and other time contraints I was told if I was there by 4 they would get me in. Left work early, hauled a$$ and got there in time only to be turned away with no explanation or anything. Im not asking for anything special and I understand first come first serve, but don't tell people something if your not going to follow through....knowing in advance what I had to do to get there on time they could have just as easily told me they would try, or they will do their best, a ton of things. I would have worked with them no problem. But to leave work, drive like a mad man to be on time just to be turned away without an explanation only assured I'll never consider them again in the future, nor should you. Live and learn I guess.. someone out there can do a good honest job and wants my money.
