West side was wonderful! I saw that they were offering free oil changes for healthcare personnel (SUCH a cool way to give back!) They promptly changed my oil, treated me with the utmost respect and even did a quick inspection to let me know about anything that may give me problems in the future with my vehicle. I had a wonderful experience - highly recommend!

West Side Service was able to diagnose a problem in my Jeep that had been misdiagnosed at two other device centers. I am confident the fix to the torque converter will take care of the issue with my vehicle.
