The took a look at our transmission on a Tuesday, got all the work accomplished by Friday morning - they gave us a loaner car for 3 days in the meantime.... A1 service: Steve was calm & clear with all the gritty details, while Tom worked his magic under the hood.

West side is very professional and thorough in their work. I think their prices are reasonable.

Recently, I brought my Subaru to Westside Service for an exterior lighting upgrade, and because I purchased the wrong parts it required a couple of visits to complete. The service writer at the front desk (Steve Merlino) was extremely courteous and professional every time. He even get my vehicle looked at twice on the spot, all of the technicians on this project where very knowledgeable and respectful. I couldn't be happy with to job done, Thx Westside Service.
