Communication was wonderful! Kept me posted on where they were at with my vehicle. I really loved how they sent pictures explaining what was found. I also loved how they didn't try pushing me to pay for things I did not need! They were honest and made things simple and quick.

This was the first time I used Westside Auto. I had some issues with my steering wheel and was not sure if it was an alignment issue or what. I made an appointment and they got me right in. My front right tire also went flat and they were able to repair that for my birthday as a surprise to me. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly and my car works great. The price was affordable and the location of their shop is within walking distance to my home which was very convenient. I will definitely go back if my car needs to be serviced in the future. It’s nice that we have a good quality auto service here in Allegan to meet our needs.

As a women it can be intimidating to go into have your vehicle fixed. Not here. They are respectful, thoughtful, and amazing. Never once did they talk down to me or any other women I witnessed come in. Tons of integrity. They will have my business as well as my husbands always.
