I am absolutely thrilled with the service I receive from Westside Service here in Allegan. They allow me to drop my vehicle off before work, leave my keys, leave them a blank check, they always call & advise what’s been done, & I pick my vehicle up after work. Super efficient & easy! Thank you!

Service overall was great, but the mechanic apparently had very dirty hands and I had all dirty fingerprints on the driver side Financial armrest. of my jeep. It is light gray cloth material. I was disappointed that was not cleaned up.

Good experience, very informative with pics, would’ve given a 5 but had to get an explanation on a previous install that they fumbled with a little. Other than that, I would recommend them every time!

I dropped my truck off on a Thursday morning. Now, listen, this is a 2000 Ford’s finest 7.3. Probably older than some of you that even read these reviews. None the less, being from Texas, not knowing a soul, the good Lord put this team in my path to make the appropriate repairs, much less than what I thought it would be and it the most timely manner I could imagine. As I type this, I’m sitting on my front porch, 955 miles from the town where this fine shop resides. Thank y’all for the friendly, quick service! God Bless y’all, too, I reckon.
