Convenient service scheduling. Knowledgeable customer facing employees. Provided thorough explanation of root cause and repair. Also provided a nice overview of other maintenance needs along with quotes.

Great experience!!! My son got a flat tire and I called Westside Service. Hannah answered the phone and assured me that they could indeed order tires and install them all in the same day. Luckily I had called early enough in the morning to catch their delivery. My son dropped the car off and they removed all 4 tires from their rims and installed and balanced all 4 tires in a very timely manner. We will definitely recommend them to everyone!!

The team here was fantastic from setting up the appointment, to communicating throughout the process and the final stages of paying and picking up my car. The manager is super nice and informative and the information given from the diagnostic process was extremely helpful. I am definitely grateful for this team for getting my car in and taken care of swiftly and professionally.
